Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a campaign take to start? ▾
Once we receive your brief and confirm the plan, most campaigns go live within 3–5 business days. Larger rollouts may take a bit longer but we'll always give you a timeline upfront.
How do I submit my music files? ▾
Use the Upload Center in the sidebar, or attach files directly when submitting a brief. You can also paste a Google Drive or Dropbox link — whichever is easiest.
When and how do I pay? ▾
Pricing is discussed privately in your messages. We'll send you a quote after reviewing your brief — no public pricing, because every project is different. You only pay when you've agreed to a plan.
Can I get updates on my campaign? ▾
Yes — your projects section shows live status and progress notes. The team also sends updates directly in your Messages as milestones hit.
What genres do you work with? ▾
Every genre — Afrobeats, Hip-Hop, R&B, Pop, Amapiano, Gospel, Electronic, Country, Alternative, and more. If it's music, we can work with it.
What if I'm not happy with the results? ▾
